This section is still very much on-going. I am back to work (4 weeks at the time of writing) and doing everything I would have normally done with family & friends. I haven't returned to normal exercise yet.
Whilst the visits to the osteopath might become less frequent, the daily exercises and supplements continue.
After improving my Perrin score from 4 to 6, it was time to return to work. I have had great support and we agreed a return to work plan to ensure I didn't trigger a relapse. I'll update this as I find out how it goes!
I am keeping my return to exercise to last, once I have established a confident work pattern. Walking the dog is the max but I am really looking forward to returning to running.
